Spencer Bivins, known professionally as Spencer the MC, is an American rapper, singer-songwriter, and producer based in Atlanta, Georgia. Raised in the city of Smyrna, Spencer always had a drive to perform on stage, participating in his school’s chorus and band ensemble.

He began rapping at the age of 16 and released his first song on SoundCloud that shortly after. Spencer then joined the Powder Springs rap collective, Hooligans, and left after two years to continue his solo career. In just four years, his lyrical prowess, packed with witty punchlines and unforgettable metaphors, propel him to be a candidate for one of this generation’s most prominent artist.

His influences come from the likes of J. Cole, Kendrick Lamar, The Notorious B.I.G., Jazmine Sullivan, Brent Fiyaz, and more.
